These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the ALSIMO website and the wholesale supply and repair/maintenance services we provide. By placing an order or engaging us you accept these terms.

1. Scope

ALSIMO provides wholesale of leather raw materials and hides, textiles, and clothing and footwear, and repair and maintenance of transport vehicles. The specification of each order or job is agreed in writing.

2. Enquiries & orders

An enquiry through this website is not a binding order. A contract is formed once specification, quantity, price and timing are agreed in writing and any deposit is received.

3. Goods & quality

Wholesale goods are supplied to the grade and quantity confirmed in the order. Natural materials such as leather and textiles carry inherent variation that is not a defect. Goods are inspected before dispatch.

4. Repair & maintenance

Repair and maintenance work is carried out to an agreed estimate. Additional work found necessary is performed only after your approval. Workmanship is covered for the period stated on your service document.

5. Payment & delivery

Payment terms, delivery and Incoterms are set out in each order. Title to goods passes on full payment. Delivery and completion dates are estimated in good faith.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied and excludes indirect or consequential losses.

7. Content

All text, design and graphics on this website are the property of ALSIMO and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kirovohrad region.
